Free Career Support for Noncustodial Parents
in King & Yakima Counties
Outside Perspective is partnering with Washington State's Division of Child Support to offer the Employment Services Program (ESP) — a free opportunity for noncustodial parents to gain the tools, support, and resources they need to secure higher-paying jobs and meet their child support goals.
Whether you're unemployed or underemployed, this program is designed to help you build confidence, grow your skills, and stay on track.
We provide services in English, Spanish, and other languages with the help of multilingual staff and translators.
Who Should Apply?
You may qualify if:
- You are a noncustodial parent who owes child support
- You live in King or Yakima County
- You are unemployed or underemployed
- You're ready to take the next step in your career
